Quảng Ninh Customs establishes support team for businesses

QUẢNG NINH — The Customs Department of Quảng Ninh Province has set up a team to improve the quality of support for import and export enterprises.

The team will collect feedback from enterprises and directly solve their problems in the implementation of customs procedures at the Quảng Ninh Customs Department.

Enterprises facing problems in the process of customs clearance can send their feedback to or call the  二 四/ 七 helpline numbers of 0 二0 三. 三 八 二 六 一 四 八 or 0 九 六 九. 五 九 六. 六 四 六.

The members of the support team will periodically see the representatives of enterprises to listen to their problems and give them information about import and export activities.

Quảng Ninh Customs Department will continue administrative reforms this year to ease customs procedures and reduce the time and costs for businesses.

The province now has teams to support enterprises in mechanisms, policies and procedures of customs as well as help in the implementation of customs regulations.
